Nowadays the demand for court marriage is growing. It is very important every person should know the importance of court marriage. It is mandatory that we should have a thorough knowledge of court marriage procedure. You also get court marriage certificate as the procedure ends. Some people call it as court marriage license. But it helps us keep the proof that marriage is done in a legal way as well.

Some people prefer making court marriage certificate after there marriage ceremony. Anyone can go for court marriage registration. It is not necessary that selected people should apply for court marriage registration.

 

Procedure For Thane Court Marriage Registration :-

1) Both sides (man and woman) have to file a pre-court marriage notice with Intention of Marriage. The notice should be filled in the court marriage form,

2) Then it should be submitted to Marriage Registrar of the district.

3) At least one party of out of both should be residing in that district. The stay period should be more than 30 days.

4) The Marriage Registrar of the district then publishes the notice.

5) During this time, if anybody has objections to this intended marriage, the person can approach the registrar and file his complaint with appropriate evidence. Objections can be anything – below the legal age of marriage, one of the parties is already married. These objections have to be investigated and verified by the registrar.

6) If Marriage Registrar finds any concern regarding notice form, he might object the notice form. If not the procedure is published by Marriage Registrar. (This can be avoided if you took help from Court marriage consultant – Pravin Tube).

7) After the expiration of 30 days from the date on which notice of intended marriage has been published, the marriage may be duly performed unless it has been objected to by any person.

8) The marriage might be performed at a specified marriage office.

9) Both the parties must come along with three witnesses. As at least three witnesses are mandatory at the date of court marriage registration.

10) The parties have to approach the Marriage Registrar in the area of residence of at least one of the party as I a said above and file a notice of intended marriage.

11) Both the parties should bring required documents which are given below. These documents are required to attach with notice of court marriage.

12) If the bride and groom wish, they can exchange rings or garlands at the time of registration. Most registrars do not object to such small ceremonies.

13) You can collect the marriage certificate within a week after the marriage is registered.e no objections, marriage can be registered on any day within the next three months. You will have to inform the office in advance the date you wish to get married and have it registered. If three months have elapsed since your notification, the entire process starts from scratch.

First Time Marriage:1) Aadhar Card

2) Pan Card

3) College Leaving Certificate / Birth certificate / 10th And 12th Board Certificate.

4) Three Witness Aadhar Card.

5) Three Sets of Photograph (Passport size).

If You are having Second Time Marriage:

1) Then it is important to present the proof and reason of second marriage.

2) If she had a divorced with her previous partner it is important to present a divorced degree.

3) If the death of her husband occurs and a person is willing for a second marriage. Then it is important to submit the death certificate of her previous husband.
